Integrations overview

Connect WhatsApp, email, hardware, store LAN, custom domains, and Cloud ecommerce — most customer-facing integrations need Lifetime or Cloud.

What counts as an integration?

Anything that reaches customers, devices, or other systems from Karobar Point — messaging, printers, scanners, LAN browsers, domains, and Cloud storefront sync.

  • WhatsApp Business messaging (confirmations, invoices, reminders)
  • Email notifications for invoices and updates
  • Message / notification templates
  • Thermal receipts and barcode scanners
  • Store LAN access so other devices reach the desktop app
  • Custom domain for public invoice and ledger links
  • Cloud ecommerce storefront synced with POS catalog (Cloud plan)

Which plan do you need?

  • Free — desktop POS core (start free)
  • Lifetime — WhatsApp, email, templates, branding, LAN, advanced reports, and cloud backup on desktop
  • Cloud — everything above plus web app, multi-branch, auto sync, and ecommerce (live sync instead of file backups)

Recommended order

  1. Upgrade to Lifetime or Cloud if you are still on Free.
  2. Connect WhatsApp / messaging from Integrations settings.
  3. Create or edit notification templates for sales and payments.
  4. Test sending one invoice or payment reminder to your own number.
  5. Set up thermal printer and barcode scanner on the counter PC.
  6. Enable store LAN if other devices should open the desktop app on shop Wi‑Fi.
