Offline app and multi-device access

Keep selling when the internet drops on desktop, then let other counters or browsers on shop Wi‑Fi reach the same workspace — with Cloud adding web sync across locations.

Offline desktop checkout

Install the desktop app and work locally. When connectivity fails, checkout continues on the machine; data syncs when you reconnect (especially on Cloud workflows).

  1. Install the desktop build for your OS from your account or download page.
  2. Sign in and confirm products/stock are available offline.
  3. Practice a sale with Wi‑Fi off so the team trusts the flow.
  4. Reconnect and verify recent sales appear as expected after sync.

Use the desktop app from other devices on LAN

Store LAN access (Lifetime & Cloud) lets devices on the same shop Wi‑Fi / network open the desktop workspace from a browser — useful for a second counter or tablet without a full second install.

  1. On the main counter PC, enable Store LAN / Wi‑Fi access in settings.
  2. Note the local address or QR shown by the app (same network required).
  3. On another phone/tablet/laptop, open that address in a browser while on shop Wi‑Fi.
  4. Sign in with a staff user that has the right role (cashier vs manager).
  5. Confirm POS still works if the internet drops but LAN between devices remains.

Web + desktop on Cloud

Cloud adds the web app, multi-branch, and auto sync so owners can check inventory or reports from a browser while cashiers stay on desktop offline when needed.

Common issues

  • Other device cannot connect — same Wi‑Fi, firewall allowing local access, LAN feature enabled.
  • Stale stock after offline — wait for sync or check Cloud connection.
  • Wrong permissions — assign cashier vs manager roles correctly.
