Update your profile, password, plan, and workspace preferences — and keep staff access under control.
Change password
From Account → Password, enter your current password and a new one that meets the policy rules. Sign out other sessions if you suspect misuse.
Users & roles
- Invite staff with role-based permissions.
- Cashiers stay in POS; managers open inventory, purchases, and reports.
- Remove access promptly when someone leaves the store.
Plans & billing
Each workspace chooses Free, Lifetime, or Cloud during onboarding (payment is verified per workspace). Paid plans are non-refundable — evaluate on Free first.
